1. How to reach us

• Email: support@nord-code.de — the quickest way to report bugs, ask account questions or make a complaint. We usually reply within two working days; reports of content that violates our rules are reviewed within 24 hours regardless (see section 4).
• Discord: our bolzn community — great for quick questions, feature requests and exchanging ideas with other teams.

2. Help us help you

So we can address your request without follow-up questions, please include:

• the email address of your bolzn account
• your device and operating system (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18) or the browser you use
• the name of the team or club concerned
• what you did, what happened and what you expected
• a screenshot, if possible

3. Common questions

• Getting started: You can find short video guides in our Tutorials.
• Forgotten password: Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. If no email arrives, check your spam folder, then contact us.
• Subscription and payments: Manage your subscription in the app under Subscription — you can also cancel it there. For prices, visit Pricing.
• Deleting your account or data: Follow the steps on Delete account.
• Privacy and your rights: see our Privacy Policy.

4. Reporting content or behaviour

If content or a user violates our Community Guidelines, please report it to support@nord-code.de. Include the team, username and a screenshot if possible. We review reports within 24 hours of receipt — including weekends and public holidays — and promptly remove confirmed violations. Reports concerning the protection of minors are prioritised.

5. Reporting security vulnerabilities

If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please report it confidentially to support@nord-code.debefore publishing it. We will get back to you and keep you informed about the fix.
